2. General information

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We process it only where necessary to operate and secure this website, handle pre-order or contact requests, communicate with you, or where you have consented.

Depending on the processing, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), or (f) GDPR: consent, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

3. Hosting with Vercel

This website is hosted through Vercel. When it is accessed, technically required server information may be processed, including an IP address, browser or device information, access time, and requested resources where generated.

Processing serves secure, stable website delivery and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure and functional website.

4. Necessary browser storage

We use localStorage where required for requested functions. Cart state is stored as court-objects-cart and your privacy choice as court-objects-cookie-consent. Functional language preferences use the first-party cookies court-objects-locale and court-objects-locale-detected.

The consent record contains the necessary and marketing category status, a timestamp, and a version. This storage supports the cart, remembers privacy choices, and preserves your selected language.

5. Consent management

Necessary technologies are always active. Marketing is disabled by default and activates only after explicit consent. You can accept or reject non-essential technologies on the first level.

You can change or withdraw consent for the future at any time through COOKIE SETTINGS in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it.

6. Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel ID 2467685383743528 is used only as Marketing. It is not loaded or initialised before explicit Marketing consent, and no PageView is sent before consent.

With consent, PageView and, on the relevant actions, InitiateCheckout and Lead may be sent. Purchase tracking is not implemented because no payment occurs on this website.

Activating the Pixel may connect your browser to Meta services. Meta may process further information under its own terms; we do not fully control that processing. Activation is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. After withdrawal through COOKIE SETTINGS, our website sends no further Meta events.

7. Pre-order form and contact preference

The pre-order form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, preferred contact method, an optional message, selected quantity, and product name so that Court Objects can respond to your pre-order enquiry.

Email communication remains available. If you choose WhatsApp or continue the conversation through the WhatsApp link, communication takes place through WhatsApp. The link opens a prefilled message, but you decide whether to send it.

We do not set a single fixed retention period for every enquiry. Information is kept only as long as required to handle the enquiry or meet applicable legal obligations.

8. Email delivery with Resend

Resend transmits pre-order requests and contact-form messages. For a pre-order it sends an internal notification and a confirmation email. Contact-form messages are sent to Court Objects. Necessary contact and message content is processed.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-orders and, depending on the enquiry, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR for other messages. Our legitimate interest is efficient handling of communications.

Resend Privacy Policy

9. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, and message only to handle and answer your enquiry. Resend is used for transmission.

The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not set a fixed retention period; data is kept only as long as required for the enquiry or legal obligations.

10. Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as required for its purpose and then deleted or restricted unless statutory obligations or another lawful basis require continued storage. No blanket fixed period is stated where it depends on the matter and applicable law.

11. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time, including Marketing through COOKIE SETTINGS.

You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Individual rights remain subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

12. Privacy contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact rallydesignstudio101@gmail.com.

13. Review submissions

The review form collects your name, an optional city or country, your written review, your selected website language, and your explicit consent to possible publication. We use these data to assess the submission and decide whether to publish it.

Submissions are stored in database infrastructure for moderation. Resend is used to deliver a notification to Court Objects. Pending and rejected submissions are not displayed publicly. If approved, the review, name, and location may appear on this website in accordance with the consent you provided.

Review data is kept only as long as needed for moderation, publication, privacy requests, or applicable legal obligations; no fixed retention period applies to every submission.
